You will receive an Accredited E – Certificate with all of your purchased courses. All of our courses are accredited by IPHM INTERNATIONAL.

If you would like a Hard Copy of your Accredited Certificate you will need to purchase one for an additional £9.99, please click here or email donnastrainingacademy@gmail.com

We also hold Accredited Virtual Courses and Class room Based Courses at various academy locations around the UK delivered by Donna's Training Team.

Kits are available to buy with most of our online training courses, if you require a kit please add the kit option as well to your shopping basket.

Date Change Rearrangements Policy 

Donna's New Image allow up to 1 date change on your course should you contact us a minimum of 3 days prior to your scheduled training date. We will transfer your deposit within our policy guild lines if you need to rearrange/cancel within 3 days leading up to your training course, you will loose all deposits paid and a new deposit will be required to secure your new training date.
